I think there are a few of us in southern California so I thought "Hey... if someone needs a new friend, they can take a look at these!"
There are three pictures, two of ratties, one of a chinchilla (for those who might be looking).
This is Templeton. She's three months old. They decided to spay her, but she's sweet and super curious about everything. She wants to come out and look around, but not too interested in being held. She's alone, so she'd need a friend.

This is Jeremy and Sammy. Jeremy is the white. Sammy is really shy and gave me warning bites. Neither like to be held, but both are very curious, so there's definitely potential with these two. Their cage would really only comfortably fit one rat, but there are two in here. Not terrible, but could be better.

And last but not least is Handbag the chinchilla. I'm sure you could change his name. He wasn't interested in coming out to say hi, but his bio said he doesn't mind being held and doesn't mind children.

And, of course, there are plenty of rabbits. I don't have pictures, but apparently there are a bunch that came in from a lady that was a hoarder.
If you can't get any of them, enjoy the pictures.

I volunteer at the San Diego SPCA and spend a lot of time getting to know these animals. I can try to answer any questions you have, but my knowledge is pretty basic.
Thanks for looking!
